Use code CHEER4 to get any one of the ingredients on this list for free, then use it in this savory kugel recipe: Heat 4 tbsp olive oil and 4 tbsp butter in a pan over medium high. Add 2 sliced onions and cook until lightly caramelized, about 20 mins. Set aside. Meanwhile, grease a 9x13 baking dish. Cook 1 box spinach in a pot of lightly salted simmering water for 3 mins, then add 12 oz egg noodles and cook until tender, 5-7 min. Drain well. In a blender, puree 2 c cottage cheese, 1 c Greek yogurt, 1 oz pkg onion soup mix, 6 eggs, salt & pepper. In a bowl mix sauce, onions, spinach & noodles. Spread out evenly in prepared baking dish. Cover with foil & bake 30 min at 375 F. Remove foil and bake until golden, 10-15 min more. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
