Beat in 1/4 c butter, 1/4 c mayo, 1/2 c sugar & 1 c brown sugar until fluffy. Fold in 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 c miso & 1/3 c peanut butter. Chill 1 hour. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in some turbinado sugar. Place on a baking sheet 2" apart, then bake 8-10 min at 350 F. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie and cool.
