In this festive finger food, tart cranberries are used to cut through the gooey richness of Brie cheese: If frozen, thaw 1 package puff pastry and 1 c cranberries. Preheat oven to 400 F. Roll out puff pastry and cut into roughly 3-inch squares. Tuck each square in the compartment of a muffin tin before filling - this will help retain shape and catch and spill-over from the melty cheese. Place a spoonful of fresh or defrosted cranberries in the center of each square, then top each with a slice of Brie (you'll need about 1 small wheel). Finely chop 1/4 c of pecans and sprinkle on top of Brie slices. Seal the edges together by folding to the center, giving a pinch to ensure they are closed. Bake in the oven until golden, 15-20 minutes. After taking the tray out of the oven, drizzle over 2 tbsp Grand Marnier or orange juice. Serve warm.
