Behind the scoop: Jeni's splendid ice cream
Founded by James Beard Award winner Jeni Britton, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is known for flavors that make sparks fly. Ever since way before it was cool, they have used just grass-grazed milk and the very best ingredients, free from anything fake. Jeni's ultra-smooth, buttercream-like body has become the new standard by which all other ice creams are judged. We're still dreaming of a Jeni's shop in NYC. In the meantime, we'll happily add it to our FD order by the pint!
