    PREHEAT OVEN

    Preheat oven to 350° F (allow about 15 minutes).

    START HEATING TURKEY

    Remove turkey from its packaging and place in aluminum tray. Pour ½ cup water onto bottom of tray. Cover tray tightly with aluminum foil and place on baking sheet. Place in oven and heat, covered, for 75 minutes.

  • TAKE OUT SIDES

    Take out sides from refrigerator and remove all plastic wrap. Transfer gravy to a pot with lid. Transfer cranberry sauce to a serving bowl and keep chilled in refrigerator until ready to serve. Cover all stuffing with foil.

    Carefully cut open package of mashed potatoes and transfer to provided tray.

    REMOVE FOIL FROM TURKEY

    After 75 minutes, remove foil from tray with turkey and set aside. Return turkey to oven and continue heating until nicely browned, about 30 minutes.

  • 2 hrs

    REMOVE TURKEY FROM OVEN

    Remove turkey from oven. Loosely cover with the aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 20 minutes before carving.

  • HEAT SIDES

    Oven (suggested): The mashed potatoes, apple and cornbread stuffings, creamed spinach and roasted root vegetables take between 20-30 minutes to heat fully in oven. Re-adjust oven racks as needed.

    NOTE: Refer to package labels for stovetop and microwave heating instructions, if you prefer.

  • HEAT GRAVY AND GREEN BEANS

    Bring gravy to a simmer over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Lower heat, cover and keep warm until ready to serve. Place green beans in the oven and heat for 10-15 minutes or until hot.

  • 2 hrs 30 min

    CHECK SIDES AND KEEP WARM

    Check to see if sides in oven are heated through. If done, turn off the heat and keep warm in oven until ready to serve.

    NOTE: If you would like more browning on any of the sides, place under broiler for 1-2 minutes.

  • CARVE YOUR TURKEY AND FINISH GREEN BEANS

    Carefully place turkey on a cutting board and slice, transferring slices to a warm platter. Pour pan juices over turkey and cover with foil until ready to serve. Finish green beans by drizzling with extra virgin olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
