This mix of mushrooms, Kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes is marinated with garlic and spices to give it a zesty, bright taste. It's excellent tossed with pasta or into a salad for a quick meal. Or, try chopping it up and using as a topping for meat and seafood - it's great on top of a breaded chicken cutlet with some melted cheese.
