Heritage Kulfi Ice Cream, Alphonso Mango

Alphonso mangos in sweet cream. It was never a question that for our mango ice cream we would use Alphonso mangos. After all, the most exciting part of summer is having access to the freshest liquid gold mangos. We made this ice cream as a way to capture that much-anticipated moment of joy. We source all-natural, real Alphonso mangos and cook them down into a sweet cream in order to highlight the unique flavor profile of the king of mangos. (from Heritage Kulfi)
