Citterio Premium Pancetta

It looks like a sausage, but it's actually a kind of bacon. Pancetta has bacon's texture (without its smoky flavor) and some of salami's spiciness. Just a little can flavor a pot of soup, a batch of pasta sauce, or a pan of risotto. It also combines with all kinds of vegetables, from sautéed spinach to mashed potatoes.
