Last we checked, this was the only Organic Canadian Bacon of its kind. Handcrafted and sliced in thick, meaty slices, perfect for piling high on a breakfast sandwich, dicing as a pizza topper, or stacking up in a grilled panini. Smoked all day long over applewood embers, the meat is lean, juicy, and exceptionally flavorful.
