FreshDirect Butternut Squash Polenta

Creamy, buttery, rich, delicious and oh-so very good. Our chefs took traditional cornmeal polenta and gave it a holiday-appropriate twist by adding puréed butternut squash. The orange veg brings a slight touch of sweetness to this savory dish, which is rounded out by a nice helping of Parmesan and a burst of fragrant thyme.
