FEW Bourbon Whiskey

FEW spirits led the pioneering efforts to allow distillation in Evanston, Il., after a ban of more than 100 years. FEW Bourbon distilled through timeless liquor-making techniques, utilizes a three-grain recipe that infuses generations of southern tradition with the spiciness of northern rye and a touch of malt for smoothness. FEW is hand-crafted through a small-batch process in charred oak barrels to age its bourbon whiskey. Cinnamon and clove aromas on the nose are backed up by corn sweetness and oak. The body is rich, with the sweetness and spice paired nicely. A different take on bourbon with aggressive spice and a hint of drying astringency. Perfect for sipping neat or mixing in a Manhattan.
