Organic Concorde Pear

A cross between Conference and Comice pears, the Concorde combines the long slender neck of the Conference with the sweet and juicy flavor of the Comice. A rustic green skin with an occasional red blush covers a crisp and dense off-white flesh that flaunts enticing overtones of vanilla. Because they don't brown right away, Concordes make a great addition to cheese boards and salads, but of course they're a treat on their own, too!
