Kaki Persimmons

Kaki persimmons were first cultivated in China more than 2000 years ago and have since become widely cherished throughout Asia. They are recognizable for their slightly flattened spherical shape and edible red-orange skin, which encases flesh that becomes soft, sweet, and jammy when left to fully ripen.
