Also known as Ground Cherry. Gooseberries are tart and colorful. About the size of a blueberry, gooseberries taste most like rhubarb or kiwi, so they're best tossed with a little sugar. These tangy fruits are a wonderful complement to rich meats or folded into cobblers and pies.
