Boasting velvet skin and juicy flesh, they have a slightly firm texture that holds up well when baked. We love to grill them and serve on top of ice cream, or just simply eat them. Plan ahead! Our apricots arrive firm. They'll soften in 3-5 days at room temperature, or you can speed up the process to 2-3 days by storing them in our complimentary fruit ripening bag. When your apricots yield to gentle pressure, they're ready.
