Satur Farms Spicy Asian Greens

Irresistibly fresh and harvested straight from the rich earth of Florida's Satur Farms, these spicy Asian greens contain mizuna, tatsoi, frilly red mustard, red mizuna, arugula, and baby spinach. Toss them into a hot pan until wilted for an instant side dish, or with boiled new potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper for a light main dish. To amp up the Asian flavor, add scallions, freshly sliced chilies, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, water chestnuts, a touch of rice wine vinegar for acidity (or oyster sauce for a bit of sweetness) and serve over rice.
