This is our number one, best selling soft serve flavor at the shop. Cajeta is a traditional Mexican dessert made by cooking down goat milk with sugar for a long period of time. Similar to dulce de leche, it is luscious and luxurious, and perfect for making a rich ice cream. The caramel really complements the goat milk flavor making this an all around winner.
