Organic Lady Alice Apples

The Lady Alice apple began as a 'chance seedling' on a Washington orchard that grew several varieties. Though the parentage is unknown, the Lady Alice looks a bit like a honeycrisp, with beautiful red- and gold-streaked skin. The Lady Alice has crunchy, juicy flesh and a bright, sweet taste that finishes slightly tart (our organic produce buyer thinks it tastes like the Pink Lady). We think it's a great snacking apple, but don't be shy about cooking or baking with it!
