This Rose Aprium — an apricot-plum hybrid — has inherited the best parts from its ancestors. Supple rosy-pink, orange-speckled skin with an apricot's texture, and refreshing plummy flesh with yellow coloring and a crisp bite. We like to take a moment to admire the aprium's flower-like beauty...but we like eating it more. Plan ahead! Our apriums arrive firm. They'll soften in 3-5 days at room temperature, or you can speed up the process to 2-3 days by storing them in our complimentary fruit ripening bag. When your apriums yield to gentle pressure, they're ready.
