HERE'S WHERE WE DELIVER:
DELIVERY DETAILS AND FEES
Summer deliveries in the Hamptons begin May 14 and continue through September 6.
The minimum order is $99 with a service fee of $15.99. For DeliveryPass members the service fee is only $9.99.
You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a tip if you feel that you've received exceptional service. FreshDirect delivery personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances. The delivery fee is not a gratuity for any FreshDirect employee who delivers or is otherwise involved with the delivery of your order.
HANDLED WITH EXTRA CARE
Fresh food needs extra care in handling, and we do all the right things to make sure your food gets to you in tip-top shape. After we prepare your order, our trained packers carefully assemble it in sturdy boxes. We hold the boxes in our refrigerated environment, keeping everything cool and dry until it's delivered to you.
Long Island is home to many quality local artisans, purveyors, and small businesses, and FreshDirect is proud to partner with the following:
BLUE ISLAND OYSTER COMPANY
Back in 1995 Chris Quartuccio began scuba diving for natural oysters in the Long Island Sound. Two decades later the Blue Island Oyster Company has grown into one of the most critically acclaimed purveyors of shellfish in the United States.
Situated on the North Fork of Long Island, Satur Farms is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. Owned by the husband and wife team of Eberhard Müller and Paulette Satur, the farm has a steadfast commitment to sustainable farming and specializes in leafy vegetables, heirloom tomatoes, root vegetables, and herbs.
WICKHAM'S FRUIT FARM
If historical fruit farms are your jam then you're going to love Wickham's. Set against the sparkling waters of the Peconic Bay and spanning over 300 acres on the North Fork, this fertile land has been continuously cultivated since 1661, making it one of the oldest farms in the United States. Today, Wickham's is a family-run farm producing some of the plumpest, juiciest, most delicious fruit in the Northeast.
CRESCENT DUCK FARM
Long Island has a proud reputation for producing the world's finest duck, and for over 100 years Crescent Duck Farm has been a major contributor to that prestigious notoriety. A family-run business, Crescent prides itself on delivering the most exquisite, tender duck in the United States.
CHANNING DAUGHTERS WINERY
Spanning 25 acres of vineyards, Channing Daughters Winery is perfectly located at the center of the South Fork for cool Atlantic breezes to dance through the grapevines, creating conditions ideal for bountiful harvests of fascinating grape varieties. Their Scuttlehole Chardonnay is a FreshDirect staff favorite!
Many wineries lay claim to being family-run, but for the Massoud family of Paumanok Vineyards that's actually true. Set in the idyllic surroundings of the quaint Long Island hamlet of Aquebogue, the tranquil vineyards of the Paumanok winery were first planted by Charles and Ursula (and their three sons) back in 1983. The original 15 acres of grapevines have since grown to cover 103 acres and today produce some of the finest wines in the region.
