Does FreshDirect accept SNAP/EBT?
Yes! FreshDirect accepts SNAP/EBT payments for SNAP-eligible products.
Can SNAP be used to pay for delivery or other fees?
Only SNAP-eligible items may be purchased with SNAP benefits. Fees are not eligible for payment with SNAP benefits.
Is using my EBT card online secure?
Yes. Your unique personal identification number (PIN) will be required to ensure transaction security, and that card numbers will be transmitted securely.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You may submit new orders, modify existing orders, or cancel orders up until the cutoff time. After the cutoff time, you may no longer change or cancel an order. Cutoff times will be listed in the email we send to confirm your order. If you miss the cutoff time but for some reason still cannot accept your order, please contact FreshDirect Customer Service on our help page at www.freshdirect.com/help or by phone at 866-283-7374.
Can I check my SNAP account balance during checkout?
Yes. You can check your balance during the payment process by entering your EBT card number and PIN.
What if I need a refund?

I canceled my order past the cutoff time. Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Yes. However, restocking fees cannot be charged to your EBT card. Any restocking fees will be charged to the credit or debit card associated with your order.
