Cape Cod Bay Scallops

Also known as Martha's Vineyard Bay Scallops. Not much excites us more than bay scallop season. They're Mother Nature's little treat, affectionately known at Fresh Direct as the candy of the sea. These sweet scallops may be overshadowed by their neighbors from Nantucket Bay, but they are just as sweet in flavor and velvety in texture. Shipped to us a day after harvest, these delicious morsels are great raw or quickly seared.
