Mamame: a mother-daughter duo
Mamame's story starts with a mother-daughter duo, Alvina Chun and Liz Kang, who set out to reimagine a traditional Indonesian staple that they both grew up loving. From Alvina's home kitchen came a bold idea: turn tempeh into craveable, crunchy chips made from fermented black-eyed peas. We love that Mamame is packed with flavor, totally plant-based, nutrient-packing, and brimming with serious snack appeal. Two women, one family recipe, and a business built from scratch. That's an origin story we can root for.
