Led by the Jaffe family, Snowdance Farm is nestled at the southern end of New York's Catskill Mountains. Along with other livestock, they pasture-raise a small brood of heritage chickens and turkeys. Their chicken appears on many fine NYC restaurant menus, but when food service shutdown during the pandemic, the Jaffes searched for another outlet for their products. Luckily, one of their neighbors happened to be on the FreshDirect Meat team, and a partnership was born. We love the luxurious, meaty taste of Snowdance chicken - it truly is on another level.
