Quick Chicken Ramen Recipe

Slurp to your heart's content with these warming slow-cooker ramen bowls. Everything can be cooked together, meaning easy prep and even easier cleanup. Here's how it's done: Put 1 qt ramen broth, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 c sliced shiitake mushrooms, and 2 sliced scallions in a slow cooker. Place 2 bricks ramen noodles on top, then lay 1 chicken breast on top of the noodles. Cook on high for one hour.
