The Heller family picks the top 2% of grapefruit just for us at the peak of flavor. Testing is done daily in their Florida groves to measure the fruits' brix sweetness. The picking only gets started once the perfect balance is identified, when there's peak sugar and low acid. Each grapefruit combines candy-like flavor with gentle tartness, for a perfectly bold taste with natural goodness.
