Spare Tonic Passionfruit Yuzu Mocktail Recipe
Try this refreshing mocktail with Spare Tonic's new Passionfruit & Yuzu flavor! In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 mint leaves and 6 thin jalapeno slices to crush. Add 1/4oz agave syrup, 3/4oz lime juice, 1.5oz passion fruit puree or pulp, 4oz coconut water and a scoop of ice cubes and shake well. Divide the mocktail base between two double rocks glasses filled with ice cubes. Top each glass with half a can of Passion Fruit & Yuzu Spare Tonic and garnish with a slice of jalapeno and a mint sprig.
