Grilled steak for fajitas, wraps & more

Sliced steak is one of the most delicious fillings out there. Try it with this marinade that adds extra flavor, then grill it up: Whisk together 1/4 c each of neutral oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Take a 2 lb piece of steak (such as hanger, skirt, or flank) and coat in the mixture. Let marinate in fridge a few hours. Heat grill to high, then place steak directly over flame and cook to desired doneness (medium rare will read 125 F on a thermometer). Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain. Serve with your favorite add-ons and tortilla wraps - we like grilled peppers, onions, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
