After teaching English in China, Patrick Coyne linked up with Tim Ma, a Michelin-awarded chef, to create a modern take on classic Chinese dumplings. Laoban means boss in Chinese, and Laoban Dumplings pays homage to the bosses of Chinese dumpling shops.
