Champlain Orchards Ginger Gold Apples

Ginger gold apples were born by accident, first grown from a seedling that appeared near a Golden Delicious apple orchard. Like those apples, Ginger Golds feature a predominantly yellow skin and mild, sweet flavor that's best enjoyed fresh, although with a slightly sharper edge. They're quite resilient and will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator, so keep them on hand for snacking, adding to salads, and juicing.
