Spicy broccolette recipe by Colavita
This simple veggie side dish will fit right into any Italian night dinner or festive meal spread: Preheat oven to 425 F. In a large bowl, whisk 2 tbsp Colavita olive oil, 1-2 tbsp Colavita Calabrian chili spread (to taste), 2 tbsp Colavita balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 2 cloves grated garlic, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Trim the tough bottom stems from 12 oz broccolette, then add to bowl and toss to coat all over in dressing. Spread out stalks on a baking sheet, then roast in oven until tender, about 12 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and top with more olive oil, Calabrian chilis, and about 1/4 c grated Parmesan.
