The lush valley is best known for its production of the prized "black-dirt onion," as well as other root vegetables.

STILES APIARIES

Based in Fords, NJ, Stiles Apiaries is the largest and one of the most successful honey producers in the state. Since its founding in 1995, Stiles has grown into an operation encompassing 4,000 hives. Owner Grant Stiles has had a passion for beekeeping since childhood and brings decades of experience to his practice, including Master Beekeeper certification and time spent as the New Jersey State Apiarist.

BOYLAN'S

The Boylan's story begins in 1891, when Paterson pharmacist William Boylan began selling elixirs in individual cups from the back of a wagon. Eventually, the brand grew into a line of hand-crafted soft drinks made with cane sugar and real ingredients, including their beloved root beer, ginger ale, and black cherry sodas.

HOUSE OF CUPCAKES

House of Cupcakes was started in Princeton, NJ in 2008 by Ron and Ruthie Bzdewka, winners of season two of Food Network's Cupcake Wars. House of Cupcakes is proud to make products that encourage people to celebrate the most important occasions of their lives. Their treats are guaranteed to taste as delicious as they look!

BLUE MOON ACRES

Blue Moon Acres started in 1992 as a small backyard operation, when owners Jim and Kathy Lyons wanted to pursue a more sustainable form of agriculture. Today, Blue Moon Acres grows their produce on 63 acres of agriculturally-preserved land in Pennington, New Jersey. They're known for impeccable quality that is acclaimed by chefs.

DREAM GREENS

Dream Greens local baby super greens are grown by the innovative, passionate people at AeroFarms, a sustainable indoor farming company. They grow these delicious, safe, ready-to-eat greens in a vertical farm in Newark, New Jersey using no pesticides and 95% less water than field farming.
