Passover Catering

Having a seder for the Passover holiday? Let us help you make it simple (and simply delicious) by ordering a fully-prepped and ready to heat meal from our in-house kitchens.

How To: Cook Brisket

Trust us, it's easier than you think. Give your meat a hearty season of kosher salt and black pepper (or a dry rub of spices for added flavor!) Sear it on both sides until browned, then remove from your pot and use the leftover liquid to sautée chopped onions, carrots, and celery over low heat until fragrant. Add the brisket back to the pot, along with liquid such as wine or stock to cover. Place a tight lid on to seal it all in, and braise on low heat for about 3 to 4 hours, or cooked until desired doneness.

      Passover Treats

There's plenty of goodies to enjoy during Passover, like flourless chocolate cake, macaroons, and of course lots and lots of matzo.

Matzo Like Bubbe Used to Make

Honey, have some soup! Heat pre-made chicken broth in a saucepan over medium-high. Add in diced carrots, onion, and celery. Cook for about 20 minutes or until soft. While the veggies cook, make the matzo balls following the instructions on the back of the box (eggs and oil needed). Drop them into the boiling soup broth and serve hot!
