Smoked and Uncured Classic Hotdogs

Remember the way hot dogs used to be, snappy, plump, and too big for their bun? We partnered with Josef's Artisanal Meats in upstate New York to recreate the classic. Their years of experience crafting sausages by hand helped us create mild-flavored and traditionally-seasoned smoked franks that will bring back those first-hot-dog-of-summer memories. Mustard not included.
