Villa Sparina Gavi DOCG

The distinctive bottle shape used by Villa Sparina was inspired by an old bottle that was discovered in winery's ancient cellar after the Moccagatta family purchased the property in the late 1970s. With a delicate bouquet of dried pineapple and peach, Villa Sparina Gavi is full and rich in flavor, yet mineral and refreshing. Pair with shellfish or simple grilled white fish, particularly with herbs and olive oil. (from the vintner)
