Domaine Bousquet Organic Unoaked Chardonnay

Domaine Bousquet's Chardonnay comprises a blend of estate and purchased fruit from the Uco Valley. The grapes benefit from diurnal temperature swings, achieving exuberant ripeness while retaining vibrant acidity. The wine has aromas of tropical fruits with citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it shows concentrated flavors of peach and green apple with fresh acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or as a complement to seafood, fish and goat cheese. (from the vintner)
