Spicy baked jalapeño poppers
Make these for the next game or hanging with friends. Mix 4 oz. cream cheese, 2 oz. shredded cheese, a handful of chopped chives, and bacon bits together. Cut 6 jalapeño peppers lengthwise and scoop out the insides, then spoon in the cream cheese mix. Bake at 375 degrees or until the cheese is golden brown at the top, about 25 minutes. Add a few extra bacon bits and chives for good measure, and you're ready to party. Tip: for a veg option, sub breadcrumbs or panko for bacon.
