Enjoy their impeccable flavor in this sandwich recipe from our team: Soak soft-shell crabs in milk for 10 minutes, then pat dry, season, and dredge in cornmeal or flour. Here's how it's done: Cook your choice of pasta according to package instructions; save a little of the cooking water before draining. In the empty pot toss your pasta with a few tablespoons pesto, olive oil, and a handful of toasted pine nuts.
