FreshDirect At The Office brings businesses the same delicious, high-quality food that's made FreshDirect indispensable for tens of thousands of households, with expanded product and service offerings especially for corporate clients. These include:

For most of Manhattan, we deliver Monday through Friday, starting as early as 8 AM. In other areas, we offer delivery seven days of the week. Please check your account for more information.

The majority of our Manhattan business customers request delivery service from Monday to Friday, and most businesses we serve have freight elevators which only operate during this time.

The minimum order amount for corporate deliveries is $50. The delivery fee is $14.99 in Manhattan and $9.99 elsewhere.

FreshDirect At The Office makes sure that corporate/office clients have additional product and service offerings that are especially tailored for the workplace, including a dedicated corporate account manager and customer service team, unique features like Standing Order, and more tailored product sizes and weekly specials. In addition, it typically takes more time to deliver to corporate/office clients due to larger orders, and the requirement that office deliveries go through security and separate freight elevators.

The At The Office delivery fee ensures that FreshDirect can offer these unique services while maintaining the same every day great prices. It is not a gratuity for a FreshDirect employee who delivers or is otherwise involved with the delivery of your order and will not be given to any such employee as a gratuity.

If this is your first time shopping with FreshDirect, please email us your requirements via the Get Help section on the website. It usually takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to receive a completed Certificate of Insurance form. Once you have a completed COI form on file with us, we will automatically renew it each year.

To become a tax-exempt customer, send an email to service@freshdirect.com and attach a copy of your tax exempt form. The tax-exempt form must be signed and dated. Be sure to include the email address or order number associated with your account in the email. Once your tax-exempt status has been approved, the taxes on all future orders will be waived. If you place an order prior to approval, please contact us and we will refund the taxes.
