Our Products, FD Coupons and Promotions

  • Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?
    No. Promotional offers may not be combined; however, we encourage you to use all of the promotional codes for which you are eligible. Simply use one promo code per order and make sure you use each promotion code prior to its expiration date.
  • How can I receive promotions?
    To ensure you receive promotions and communications from us, make sure you opt in to receive FreshDirect email. Simply go to Your Account and click into "Username, Password and Contact Information" to make sure you're receiving our promotional email.
  • How do I apply a promotion code I received?
    Promotion codes (sometimes referred to as "promo codes") may be redeemed at Checkout. After filling your cart with all the food you love, simply click into Checkout from the navigation bar at the top of any screen or within Your Cart. Look for the field labeled "Have a Promotional Code? Enter here" near the bottom of the screen. Just type the promo code into that field and click the green "Apply" button to add the promotion code to your order.
  • Why isn't my promo code working?
    Please ensure that you've correctly typed or copied it into the promotion code field, and make sure that it hasn't expired. Keep in mind that only one promotion code can be used on each order. If everything seems valid and the promotion code fails, please call us at 866-283-7374 so our customer service team can take care of you.
  • Can I get a raincheck for coupons on items that run out of stock?
    Sorry. No rainchecks or reimbursements will be issued for coupons on items that go out of stock.
  • Where will I find FD Coupons and how do they work?
    Visit the FD Coupon Savings section (find it in the gray bar right below the green department bar) for fast access to all the coupons currently on offer, or just shop the way you always do. You'll also see coupon offers on products across our website. Just look for the purple savings text. Activate the coupon by clicking the checkbox. You'll see the green "coupon applied" text when all of the conditions have been met.
  • Can I submit a paper coupon or a digital coupon I have?
    Sorry! At this time we don't have the ability to accept coupons that come from external sources.
  • Can I uncheck a coupon that I've already checked?
    No. Once you've "activated" a coupon offer, it stays active. The coupon savings won't be applied until you purchase the item with the required minimum.
  • Can I use a coupon more than once?
    No. If you've already used a coupon on a product purchase, you can't redeem the same offer again. After you've logged in, you will continue to see the check beside the coupon, but you will not see the green "coupon applied" confirmation text.
  • How do I purchase a gift card?
    Want to give the gift of food? Simply go to Your Account and click on Gift Cards, where you'll be prompted to choose the occasion and customize your gift card. Once you customize you can choose to send the gift card to the recipient via email or download a PDF of the gift card to print.
  • How do I redeem a FreshDirect Gift Card?
    To redeem a FreshDirect Gift Card, simply shop for the food you love, then when you view your cart, look below your order total for "Have a New Gift Card? Enter here." FreshDirect Gift Cards may be redeemed along with a promotion code. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • I'd like to suggest some products. Who should I contact?
    It's easy to suggest items you'd like to see at FreshDirect. Simply click here to suggest your items.
